Where we celebrate the extraordinary journeys of leaders in the construction, medical, and legal industries. This podcast was started to spotlight the remarkable stories of CEOs, founders, COOs, and general managers who drive their businesses to greatness. Our mission is to honor these leaders, sharing their insights and experiences to inspire others in similar roles.
Celebrating Leaders
We believe that leaders change the world! This podcast is a testament to that belief. I began a non-profit organization from scratch when I was twenty-eight, and over the course of twenty-two years, along with many beautiful people, we grew it into a profound, life-changing organization. From drilling wells in Kenya to building orphanages in Uganda and India, and responding to hurricanes Katrina and Ike, I have witnessed the transformative power of great leadership.
All the lessons I learned about team building, communication, vision, clarity, and accountability are the core of what we do at Leader's Edge. We've applied these profound lessons to the world of small business, recognizing that small businesses are the engine and backbone of our nation. Every day, we work with amazing small business and executive leaders, helping them build something great for their team, their future, and their families.

Many business owners and executives find themselves caught up in the daily grind, working IN their business rather than ON it. This can lead to disconnected teams, lack of commitment, and stifled creativity. The consequences?
